This role specializes in the evaluation and treatment of conditions affecting the hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity. The ideal candidate will have experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and a passion for helping patients regain function, mobility, and independence. About the Opportunity We are seeking a Skilled Nursing Physical Therapist (PT) to join a quality-driven SNF focused on restoring mobility, independence, and quality of life for short-term rehab and long-term care patients. This role is ideal for clinicians who value 1:1 patient care , interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful functional outcomes. New Grad PTs welcome with mentorship available.
