What You’ll Bring: 2+ years of sales and/or healthcare experience, with strong sales or business development experience highly preferred. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred, whether in healthcare sales, healthcare recruitment, staffing, or another relevant healthcare environment. Staffing industry experience is a plus. Experience working with schools or in education is a plus but is not required. Demonstrated experience with prospecting, lead generation, and developing new business. Experience building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Comfortable conducting outreach through phone, email, social media, and other business development channels. Strong networking, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to research a market, identify opportunities, and develop market intelligence. Ability to work independently, proactively identify business opportunities, and manage priorities effectively. Comfortable working in a KPI-focused, results-oriented environment. Strong ability to collaborate with recruiting, client services, and other internal teams. Ability to understand client needs and develop solutions that support both client and organizational goals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities. Salary: $70,000 annually The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
