We are seeking a dedicated Flexible Tech Support Volunteer to play a pivotal role in helping new volunteers acclimate to our digital ecosystem. In this volunteer position, you will provide initial orientation sessions to new team members, introducing them to the tools we use at JerseySTEM, including Google Workplace and Jira. Responsibilities Ensure members can seamlessly navigate between Google Workplace, and Jira. Operate Member Help Desk, providing weekly metrics on incoming incidents and SLAs Conduct scheduled 30-minute orientation sessions for new volunteers. Troubleshoot and resolve any login issues or technical challenges. Collaborate with the TECH team to provide ongoing support and guidance. Qualifications Familiarity with Google Workplace, and Jira is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and willingness to assist individuals with varying levels of technical expertise. Availability to conduct orientation sessions twice a week (weekday/evening) or ad-hoc.
