Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Florida (required). 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on site development and/or municipal infrastructure. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with Florida permitting processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers.
