Sr. Director, US Team Lead, LORBRENA/BRAF Lung
Pfizer
United States - New York - New York City
ROLE SUMMARY Pfizer Commercial Oncology is introducing the world to the next era of cancer care. With a growing portfolio of novel therapies, industry-leading R&D, and a goal of delivering eight breakthroughs by 2030 across major cancer types, we're translating cutting-edge science into market-shaping impact. Here, you'll partner with exceptional colleagues across scientific, medical, and manufacturing teams, backed by advanced digital and AI-enabled infrastructure and the authority to accelerate medicines from discovery to delivery. Guided by our values of courage, excellence, equity, and joy, you'll have the opportunity to stretch your skills and build a career that evolves with you—across teams, roles, and the Pfizer enterprise. Join us to make history — for patients, for their families, for the future. The US Precision Medicine Thoracic Franchise is entering its most consequential — and most complex — growth chapter. Our in-line thoracic portfolio spans two biomarker-defined populations: LORBRENA (lorlatinib) for adults with ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and the BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI (encorafenib + binimetinib) regimen for BRAF V600E-mutant metastatic NSCLC. Both sit inside a molecularly driven treatment landscape where the right patient is identified by a biomarker signature. Winning here means mastering precision targeting: reaching narrow, high-value, genomically defined patient populations through the exact clinicians who test for and treat them. This is a people-management leadership role that demands a strong enterprise leader — one fluent in both commercial strategy and AI-enabled execution, and able to think and operate at the enterprise level. The colleague who leads this team will set a multi-year strategic vision, make thoughtful trade-off and resource-prioritization decisions across two brands, and influence senior leadership across the wider organization. They will operate in an AI-enabled commercial environment where machine-learning-driven customer identification, next-best-action engines, and predictive analytics reshape how, when, and to whom we deliver our message. This person will be required to leverage deep US commercial marketing experience and precision-targeting expertise to lead a highly talented team, connect targeted precision engagement activity directly to outcomes, and elevate what we are able to say — and prove — to our customers in a data-rich, AI-enabled world. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The LORBRENA/BRAF Lung Team Lead reports directly to the Franchise Lead, Precision Medicine Thoracic Franchise, and owns the continued growth of LORBRENA (including CROWN lifecycle execution) and the BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI BRAF V600E-mutant NSCLC (lung) indication. This role requires close cross-functional coordination with the BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI brand team to align lung-specific strategy, promotional assets, and field execution while preserving one coherent brand voice. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, communication and decision-making skills, change agility, and a proven track record working across the broader franchise team, CMO, Medical, Market Access, Sales, Insights & Analytics, AI/Data Science partners, and agency cohorts. Directly own the design and execution of an AI-enabled marketing strategy — leveraging machine learning, predictive analytics and next-best-action engines to identify, prioritize and engage the right precision-medicine customers at the right moment. Lead the complexity of precision targeting across two biomarker-defined NSCLC populations (ALK+ and BRAF V600E-mutant) aligning brand strategy, diagnostic/testing pathways and HCP engagement so the right patients are identified and reached. Set a multi-year strategic vision for the lung portfolio — anticipating shifts in the ALK+ and BRAF V600E competitive landscape, evolving standards of care, and biomarker-testing dynamics, and shaping brand strategy today to protect and grow the franchise over a 3–5-year horizon. Partner cross-functionally with the BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI brand team to drive the BRAF V600E-mutant NSCLC (lung) indication — coordinating lung-specific strategy, promotional review, biomarker-testing initiatives and field execution. Connect the patient journey — build the operating model, metrics and feedback loops that connect field sales and marketing execution directly to patients and hold both accountable to shared commercial outcomes. Strategize proactively with the Market Access team to anticipate and overcome payer challenges — shaping access strategy, coverage and reimbursement positioning, and value messaging so that appropriate, biomarker-driven patients can be identified and treated without access barriers. Elevate what we can say to our customers and when — elevate clarity, credibility and evidence base of our messaging so it lands with impact in an AI-enabled, data-saturated environment. Directly accountable for oversight and execution of the in-line lung portfolio and its performance, including quarterly earnings preparation, latest estimates, and operating plan. Develop the overall HCP and customer strategy and tactics to support appropriate utilization of the lung portfolio across both biomarker segments, grounded in precision-medicine insight. Support the development and implementation of annual tactical plans that drive short- and long-term HCP and patient strategy, based on key customer and data-driven insights. Continuously own the measurement and impact of marketing initiatives — using advanced analytics to generate learnings and drive continuous improvement against brand objectives. Director, Performance Analytics & Insights (PAI)
Pfizer
United States - New York - New York City
Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) harnesses the power of data and AI to drive robust analytical insights that inform some of Pfizer's most critical business questions. Within Specialty Care, our Performance Analytics & Insights (PAI) team turns complex secondary data — including IQVIA, Symphony, specialty pharmacy, and others — into commercial strategy, increasingly through AI-enabled tools that reduce manual data wrangling and accelerate the path from data to decision. We connect what the data says to what the business does, sitting at the intersection of brand strategy, patient access, and business performance. Our work directly shapes how Pfizer's specialty care portfolio reaches the patients who need it most. This role will work closely with senior business stakeholders across Brand Teams, commercial leadership, IIS (Integrated Insights and Strategy), and Data Sciences, and Data Strategy & Management, acting as a strategic partner who proactively initiates analysis and innovative methodology to identify business drivers and help shape brand strategy and tactics for one or more specialty care brands or franchises. This includes serving as the subject matter expert for secondary commercial analytics within a specific therapeutic area (e.g., Dermatology), covering brand demand, market share, patient segments, and subnational performance patterns. Dashboards and reporting remain part of the toolkit — increasingly built and maintained through AI — but they are a means of conveying insight, not the end deliverable. This role will also lead efforts to standardize methodology and modernize insight-generation practices, including piloting new AI capabilities, across the Specialty Care PAI portfolio. The role is dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, covering a broad range of strategic topics critical to the specialty care business. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to driving business impact through proactive thought leadership, deep specialty care and therapeutic area fluency, fluency with AI-enabled analytics tools, and the ability to communicate complex information in clear, actionable ways. Role Responsibilities Role definition and key accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Insights Generation & AI-Enabled Analytics Proactively initiate analysis and innovative methodology to identify business drivers, uncover risks and opportunities, and help shape brand strategy and tactics — rather than responding to requests. Serve as the subject matter expert for secondary commercial analytics within an assigned therapeutic area (e.g., Dermatology), maintaining deep fluency in the disease and treatment landscape, treatment sequencing, competitive dynamics, and evolving standard of care. Guide analysis through the lens of defined patient segments — demographics, lines of therapy, treatment setting, and prior treatment history — to explain how disease characteristics and treatment patterns shape market dynamics, prescribing behavior, and patient flow. Direct the use of secondary data sources and subnational analytics to surface risks and opportunities and connect data signals directly to brand strategy decisions, ensuring insights get surfaced proactively rather than on request. Champion the use of AI tools — including AI-generated dashboards and automated reporting — to reduce manual data wrangling and free up capacity for deeper insight generation, ensuring the underlying reporting infrastructure (e.g., Specialty Care LT Dashboard) stays accurate or is transitioned to AI-enabled alternatives. Connect insights into a compelling, persuasive narrative and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Cross-Functional Partnership & Thought Leadership Act as a strategic partner to Brand Teams, IIS, Data Science, and Data Strategy & Management, co-shaping analytical approach and priorities rather than simply aligning on standards after the fact. Align with other GCA teams to keep activity across stakeholders cohesive and to maintain consistency in methodology, metrics definitions, and reporting standards across the broader portfolio. Actively contribute to the advancement of team capabilities through thought leadership, with a particular focus on AI innovation and tool adoption, and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues across GCA. Partner with Data Science and Data Strategy & Management to advance the use of novel data sources, AI/ML methods, and next-generation reporting approaches. Direct and assess the work of vendor partners, providing analytical direction, quality oversight, and risk management. Build trusted relationships with marketing, integrated insights, commercial excellence, data science, and market access stakeholders, translating complex analytical outputs into business language for VP and C-suite leaders. Technical Skills Demonstrated ability to drive AI innovation and adoption in commercial analytics — evaluating, piloting, and scaling AI tools and agents to reduce manual data wrangling and accelerate insight generation — and genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping analytics and commercial insights. Strong analytical and coding skills (SQL, Python, or R) sufficient to direct and quality-check AI-assisted and automated analytics workflows on large datasets; experience in Snowflake or a comparable cloud data environment preferred. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and the ability to direct the design of clean, decision-oriented, increasingly AI-generated dashboards that convey insight rather than raw data. Extensive experience in the design and management of secondary data analytics, including direct experience with IQVIA, Symphony Health, or specialty pharmacy data, and depth in at least one therapeutic area. Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize and validate various inputs and communicate the story to commercial leadership. Recognized expertise and coach to others on connecting, integrating, and synthesizing analysis into a meaningful “so what” that drives clear strategic recommendations. Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring quality in deliverables. Proven ability to act as a strategic partner who can quickly establish relationships of trust and credibility with senior leadership. Ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands, deal with ambiguity, and lead teams through complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment. Ability to identify, prioritize, and describe relevant caveats and uncertainties in data, and to explain how they relate to the business question and broader strategic priorities. Demonstrated business and financial acumen. Qualifications 8+ years' experience in biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or a related field. Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred in a quantitative discipline. Demonstrated track record of driving AI or advanced-analytics innovation within a commercial analytics or insights function. Analytics, statistics, and/or database knowledge and experience using relevant tools, applications, and platforms. Prior experience supporting a specialty care brand or franchise in a pharma commercial analytics or insights role, with deep working knowledge of the relevant treatment landscape and competitive dynamics within a specific therapeutic area, preferred. Demonstrated success proactively shaping brand strategy and tactics, not solely executing against defined reporting requirements. Demonstrated success in a highly fast-paced setting. Ability to identify new issues, trends, and opportunities from data. Ability to influence without authority, setting business direction, priorities, and action plans. Demonstrated analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills. Strong project management and organizational skills with cross-functional teams of diverse colleagues. Written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact. Senior Product Quality Analyst – AI Voice
Spotify
New York, NY
The Personalization team makes deciding what to play next easier and more enjoyable for every listener. From Blend to Discover Weekly, we’re behind some of Spotify’s most-loved features. We built them by understanding the world of music and podcasts better than anyone else. Join us and you’ll keep millions of users listening by making great recommendations to each and every one of them. We are the Voice Production Team, the creative team behind Spotify’s AI voice experiences. We think about AI voices from a casting perspective — including voice type, age and gender — and from a performance perspective, recognizing that a voice may need to perform differently for DJ than it does for an audiobook recap. We bring expertise in voice casting, direction, recording and production, and work closely with Speak to set the quality bar for AI voice models across experiences including AI DJ, Generative AI Ads, Personalized Podcasts, Agent Voice Chat and more. As a Senior Product Quality Analyst, you’ll bring a dedicated evaluation perspective to the team. You’ll own how we define and measure AI voice quality, bringing together Voice Production’s creative bar, Speak’s technical bar and the wider industry bar. Your goal won’t simply be to determine whether Spotify has the “best” AI voice technology on the market. You’ll help us answer a more important question: is our technology the best at serving Spotify’s specific needs? What You’ll Do Own the quality bar for Spotify’s AI voice models, defining what “good enough” means for different products, audiences, languages and use cases. Independently design evaluation rubrics and build an evaluation approach that measures qualities such as naturalness, tone, pacing, pronunciation, accent, audio quality and overall experience. Plan and carry out evaluation campaigns, turning qualitative and quantitative findings into clear recommendations for Voice Production, Speak and product teams. Establish an ongoing evaluation rhythm, including when and how we reassess model quality as our technology and products evolve. Benchmark Spotify’s AI voices against third-party models and competitors to understand where our experiences lead, where they differ and where there are opportunities to improve. Help determine appropriate quality trade-offs as Spotify expands into additional languages and regions, considering the product use case and needs of each market. Partner closely with voice experts, machine learning teams, product partners and vendors to maintain a consistent quality bar across demanding and sometimes competing priorities. Surface the most meaningful gaps in model performance and use evaluation insights to help influence future research and technical priorities. Who You Are You have experience in product quality, evaluation, data curation or a closely related field where human judgment is used to assess model or product performance. You know how to independently define evaluation criteria and turn subjective qualities into clear, repeatable rubrics. You are comfortable designing and running both qualitative and MOS-style evaluations and synthesizing the results into actionable insights. You have an understanding of voice or audio quality, including qualities such as naturalness, pacing, tone, accent and pronunciation, or the ability to develop that expertise quickly. You have strong judgment and can maintain a consistent quality bar while balancing different product requirements, markets and stakeholder perspectives. You are comfortable working autonomously, identifying what needs to be evaluated and establishing the processes and cadence to make that evaluation useful over time. You communicate clearly across creative, technical and product teams and can act as a reliable point of contact for internal partners and external vendors. You are curious about generative AI, speech technology and the evolving AI voice landscape and can translate changes in the industry into meaningful benchmarks for Spotify. Where You’ll Be This role is based in New York or Los Angeles. We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. The United States base range for this position is $114,486–$163,552 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future. Spotify is an equal opportunity employer. You are welcome at Spotify for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or what’s playing in your headphones. Our platform is for everyone, and so is our workplace. The more voices we have represented and amplified in our business, the more we will all thrive, contribute, and be forward-thinking! So bring us your personal experience, your perspectives, and your background. It’s in our differences that we will find the power to keep revolutionizing the way the world listens. At Spotify, we are passionate about inclusivity and making sure our entire recruitment process is accessible to everyone. We have ways to request reasonable accommodations during the interview process and help assist in what you need. If you need accommodations at any stage of the application or interview process, please let us know – we’re here to support you in any way we can.

Housing : We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place. With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. This is a high-volume, hands-on review role focused on accuracy, consistency, and speed. You will work from documented review guides and reference materials, follow defined escalation criteria, and contribute clear observations that help our Tier 2 team and product organization improve the system over time. Key Responsibilities Review files for accuracy — Conduct first-pass review of resident files across LIHTC (Section 42), HUD Section 8 (HCV, PBV, and PBRA), USDA Rural Development, and related programs for compliance with program rules. Apply standard determinations — Handle routine income and asset calculations, deductions, and certifications using established guidance and reference materials. Flag complex or ambiguous cases — Recognize when a file falls outside standard review criteria and escalate it to Tier 2 with clear, well-documented notes. Verify system outputs on standard cases — Check automated compliance outputs against program requirements for routine files, confirming calculations and determinations are correct. Support testing and validation — Help execute test cases and UAT under Tier 2 guidance to confirm outputs reconcile to compliance expectations before release. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard. Requirements We are looking for the following capabilities. If you do not meet all of these qualifications, but are passionate about affordable housing, have a demonstrated interest in the field, and are a quick learner, we still encourage you to apply. 1+ years of hands-on affordable housing compliance file review, auditing, or related property management/compliance experience — or a demonstrated interest in the field with strong analytical skills and a track record of quickly learning detailed rules. Working knowledge of affordable housing programs — LIHTC (Section 42), HUD Section 8 (HCV, PBV, PBRA), and/or USDA Rural Development — including income and asset determinations, certifications and recertifications, and tenant file requirements. Comfort following established guidelines and escalation criteria — you know when to apply a rule and when to flag something for senior review. Certifications such as COS, SHCM, TCS, BOS, HCCP, or NCP are a plus, but not required. Clear written communication — able to document findings precisely and completely. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately at high volume. Comfort working in a software / SaaS environment, or willingness to learn how program rules translate into software logic. Familiarity with AI and/or automation as they relate to compliance workflows is a plus. Why Join Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded ( unicorn !) startup that’s scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you. Benefits In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits: Equity in the company Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100% Fully paid parental leave Commuter benefits 401k benefits Fitness & home services stipend to cover part of your expenses so you can focus on what matters A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office Unlimited vacation and paid holidays We’ll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
