Clera

GTM Engineer

Clera

San Francisco

About the Role This is a one-person US outpost role for an early-stage open-source MLOps infrastructure company, reporting directly to the founding team. You`ll own the entire San Francisco community and GTM presence from the ground up — hosting events, building relationships, and turning authentic technical evangelism into a measurable pipeline. It`s a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the intersection of community, developer relations, and growth. What You`ll Do Launch and run a recurring SF meetup series targeting the ML infrastructure community, growing it from zero into a must-attend event. Represent the company at AI/ML meetups, hackathons, and conferences across the Bay Area, building a visible personal brand and network. Act as the community connector — the person who knows everyone and turns relationships into momentum. Evangelize through talks, blog posts, social content, and demo videos grounded in real community conversations. Demo a Python-based open-source framework live to technical audiences and hold your own with ML engineers on real questions. Instrument community and product signals (CRM, enrichment tools, product analytics, GitHub) into automated workflows for enrichment, scoring, and follow-up. Feed Valley market intelligence — what people are building, what frustrates them, who`s evaluating what — directly back into product and GTM strategy. What We`re Looking For 1–3+ years in DevRel, community building, growth, or developer-facing GTM, with a track record of hosting events and converting engagement into measurable outcomes. Technically fluent enough to demo a Python framework live, read code, work with APIs, and communicate credibly with ML engineers — engineering experience is a plus but not required. Proven experience building developer communities or running technical events from scratch. Proficiency with modern GTM tooling: CRM platforms, data enrichment tools (e.g. Clay), API integrations, and basic automation workflows. Experience measuring community initiatives using product analytics (e.g. Mixpanel), GitHub signals, and CRM data. Demonstrated ability to create technical content (blog posts, demo videos, social) that resonates with developer audiences. A knack for converting one-off manual efforts into repeatable, scalable systems. Self-directed and comfortable running a solo operation with founders as close strategic partners. Background at early-stage or scrappy environments rather than large enterprises. Nice to have: existing network in the SF AI/ML/infra scene; experience with PLG or usage-based GTM motions; familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, or agent infrastructure; open-source community experience; visible public speaking presence. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $120,000 – $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Location On-site in San Francisco, CA, USA. This role requires a San Francisco presence and is not available remotely.

Our team combines deep cybersecurity expertise, operational rigor, and startup velocity to solve some of the internet’s most urgent trust and safety challenges. The Role We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to architect, build, and scale the systems that power our revenue engine. This is not a traditional RevOps role. You will operate with an engineering mindset, treating our GTM systems as a product—designing scalable workflows, building AI-powered automations, and turning messy processes into structured, high-leverage systems. You will own the intersection of data, automation, and AI across our GTM stack, helping Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success move faster, smarter, and with greater precision. What You’ll Do Architect and manage data flows, integrations, APIs, and webhooks to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data across systems. Our stack includes Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BigQuery, Zapier, and Clari Copilot. Consolidate contacts, interaction history, and engagement signals from multiple sources into a single, enriched, trustworthy data foundation. Build the orchestration layer that keeps data flowing between tools and powers every workflow downstream. Build and evolve our prospecting architecture using tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to identify high-intent accounts and contacts Develop new signal-based workflows (intent, enrichment, behavioral triggers) to improve targeting and timing Design and automate outbound and inbound campaign workflows aligned to ICP, personas, and messaging strategy Identify high-impact AI use cases and deploy AI agents, copilots, and workflows across GTM teams Build automations that reduce manual work (e.g., lead routing, enrichment, account research, sequencing triggers) Maximize native AI capabilities across existing tools and evaluate new tools to enhance the stack Act as a bridge between technical systems and GTM teams Train Sales, Marketing, and CS on new workflows, tools, and AI capabilities Build internal champions and drive adoption of new systems and processes What We’re Looking For 4–6+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or similar technical GTM roles in B2B SaaS Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle processes and how systems support revenue outcomes Deep experience with CRM and GTM tools listed in our stack above. We want to leverage Clay better as our GTM orchestration and enrichment layer. You'll build enrichment pipelines, help define our ICP in data terms, and map every signal that matters. You've built things, not just maintained them. Proficiency in SQL and working with data warehouses (BigQuery preferred) Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Clay) Ability to design scalable workflows and data models across systems Bonus: Experience with Python or JavaScript for lightweight scripting and automation Hands-on experience deploying GenAI workflows, agents, or copilots in GTM contexts Strong familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar Strong interest in staying ahead of trends in LLMs and agentic systems Builder mentality: you enjoy turning ambiguity into structured systems Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills Scrappy and execution-oriented—you ship fast, iterate, and scale what works Strong cross-functional communicator able to translate business needs into technical solutions Background in high-growth or AI-native companies Why Join Doppel $150,000 - $200,000 OTE + meaningful equity. Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous parental leave. Flexible PTO and flexible, remote-first culture. Fast-growing team with immediate impact and visible results. Qualitate

GTM Engineer

Qualitate

New York City

About Qualitate Qualitate is building the AI-native continuous intelligence platform for enterprises, investment firms, and asset managers. We automate the entire primary research workflow, from study design and expert recruitment through AI-moderated interviews and insight synthesis, replacing weeks of manual research with high output signal in hours. Primary research remains slow and transactional for everyone involved. Investment and corporate strategy teams spend hundreds of hours coordinating intermediaries, scheduling calls, and synthesizing fragmented insights. Experts face repetitive outreach, screener calls, schedule wrangling, and one-off engagements that offer them little control or lasting value. Qualitate transforms this experience with an AI-native expert network platform that gives participants the flexibility to contribute on their own time while enabling research at unprecedented scale. Qualitate’s AI Moderator conducts thousands of conversations with experts each month, capturing forward-looking purchasing plans, competitive displacement, and real-time ROI signals. Our continuous intelligence platform then turns these conversations into quantified, time-series outputs tracking over 10,000 public and private companies, queryable instantly in natural language. Our customers include some of the world`s largest enterprises, hedge funds, PE firms, credit investors, and venture capital firms. The Role This is a foundational hire. You’ll join Qualitate as our first GTM engineer, operating at the intersection of sales, engineering, and growth. This role will build the automation layer of our revenue engine. You’ll take the core workflows in our GTM motion — prospecting research, enrichment, routing, outreach, reporting — and design and deploy systems that run themselves. Integrate AI agents into revenue workflows, build data and tooling to power sales and marketing, and transform manual workflows into production-grade systems. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with business instincts, and has a tinkerer’s mindset. You’ll run rapid experiments - build, measure, and scale it or kill it. The role reports into our VP of Operations, and is cross-functional, partnering with sales, growth, and leadership teams. What You’ll Own GTM data and systems. Design, build, and maintain the data and automation infrastructure that powers our go-to-market organization — account and contact enrichment, outbound and email tooling, and reliable integrations across our stack (HubSpot, Clay, and modern outbound tooling). Reporting and visibility. Develop dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and self-serve reporting that give our CEO, Head of Sales, and reps real-time visibility into pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance. AI agents and automation. Build production-grade AI agents that automate lead research, enrichment, routing, campaign execution, and outbound personalization — using frontier language models, APIs, and workflow orchestration to eliminate manual operational work. Rapid experimentation. Prototype AI-powered workflows, measure their business impact, and scale successful experiments into core GTM infrastructure. Stay at the frontier of AI tooling and proactively introduce new capabilities that increase the team’s leverage. Scale and operations. Build reliable, observable pipelines that customer-facing teams depend on every day. Continuously identify bottlenecks and automate repetitive processes across the customer lifecycle — TAM mapping, attribution, and lead routing. Data quality. Own the quality and documentation of GTM data, working within the governance standards set by our Director of Revenue Operations, so teams can make decisions with confidence. Who This Role Is For 1–7 years of experience in software engineering, GTM/growth engineering, or a similarly technical role. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. You can learn new tools on the job, but we expect excellent technical fundamentals and the ability to work across modern data and AI infrastructure. Systems builder. Experience building data pipelines, integrating APIs, and designing reliable workflows across business systems. GTM intuition. You understand how sales & marketing teams operate, and you can translate business problems into scalable technical solutions. A builder’s instinct. You take ownership of ambiguous problems, move quickly, and know when to build for speed versus long-term scale. AI fluency. You already build with AI daily — agents, LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks — and you have strong opinions about what’s actually useful versus hype. Excellent communicator. You partner effectively with sales, operations, and engineering, communicate proactively, and don’t need to be managed closely. What Sets You Apart Engineering background. You write real code and you’re comfortable reading API docs and shipping against them the same day. A CS degree is great; a GitHub full of things you built because you wanted them to exist is just as good. Startup experience. You’ve built GTM or growth automations at a high-growth startup: outbound systems, enrichment pipelines, or internal tools. Hands-on experience with our stack : HubSpot (especially its APIs), Clay, Gong, Apollo, Orum, Lemlist, Zapier, Granola, and Claude & Codex. Data experience. You’re familiar with modern data warehouses, orchestration tools, and BI platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Looker, Hex, or similar). AI in production. You’ve built and deployed AI agents or LLM-powered workflows that survived contact with real users. Builder. Side projects, a personal site you built, or anything else that shows you build for fun. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $140K–$200K depending on experience. Bonus: Eligible for cash bonus tied to individual and company performance Equity: Meaningful early-stage grant with upside tied to company growth. Benefits: Health coverage, flexible PTO, paid holidays. Location: Full-time, in-person in New York City. What to Expect Working at Qualitate Excellence. You`ll be held accountable to an exceptionally high bar for quality and impact. High velocity. Fast-paced work environment in terms of growth, decision making, and time to impact. High agency. Ownership over how you work, not just what you work on. We hire people we trust to figure it out. Shared ambition. A small, early team disrupting the multi-billion dollar market research industry with AI. Joy. We work hard and genuinely enjoy working with each other. Dedication to our work is matched only by our passion for fostering an enjoyable, collaborative work environment.

Popmenu

GTM Engineer

Popmenu

United States

About the Role Popmenu is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build the systems that power our go-to-market motion. This is a build role. You will design those systems from the ground up and have real latitude in deciding what gets built first. We run a high-velocity, low-ACV motion: thousands of addressable restaurants in every market we sell into, and a sales cycle typically under 30 days. Our Sales, Marketing and CX teams run well on processes they have built and refined themselves. What they do not have yet are the systems to take that repetitive work off them, orchestrate the handoffs between them, and put the right accounts in front of the right person automatically. Building those systems is how we intend to have the sharpest, most efficient go-to-market motion in restaurant technology. You will report to our Chief Business Officer and Co-Founder and work across Sales, Marketing and CX. Salesforce and Salesloft are our system of record and sequencing today, and the data, enrichment and automation around them is largely yours to build. Nobody hands you a backlog here. You will find where we are losing hours and where we are losing accounts, decide what matters most, and build the fix. What You'll Own Pipeline and Targeting A single source of truth for every addressable restaurant in our markets, US and UK, assigned to territory automatically, enriched, and scored on fit and intent An AI-native outbound engine that turns cold restaurants into booked conversations, at a volume no team could run manually The infrastructure that makes that volume possible: domain strategy, inbox rotation, warmup and sender reputation Inbound speed to lead, plus routing and attribution in partnership with Marketing Sales Productivity Take the repetitive work off our AEs: list building, account research, call prep, follow-up, routing and data entry Put reps in front of prioritized, signal-ranked queues instead of a blank search bar CX and Post-Sale Efficiency Bring the same leverage to onboarding, support workflows and account health scoring Orchestrate the handoffs between Sales, Marketing and CX so nothing is rekeyed, re-researched or dropped between teams Automate the good processes that are still being run manually, without breaking what already works Systems, Stack and Roadmap Own the architecture of how our GTM tools connect, and the quality of the data inside them Own what you build end to end, including monitoring, error handling, and the guardrails on anything AI-generated that reaches a restaurant Know our stack, know what exists in the market that we are not yet using, and make the case for what we adopt, replace or retire Set the roadmap and bring a clear, defensible point of view on what gets built first Measure the impact: repetitive hours removed across Sales and CX, territory coverage and data accuracy, booked conversations generated, and speed to lead Requirements What We're Looking For Non-Negotiables 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth or marketing operations, including time owning a function rather than a slice of one Self-directed by default. You can point to problems you identified yourself, decided were worth solving, and drove to completion Strong SQL and working Python or equivalent. You can connect two systems with no native integration AI in production. You have shipped AI-driven workflows that reach real customers, and you can explain your evals, guardrails and human-review step before anything goes out CRM architecture rather than administration. Salesforce or HubSpot, plus modern enrichment and orchestration tooling: Clay, n8n, Make or equivalent Commercial instinct, and a track record of shipping work with teams you do not manage Strong Preference High-velocity, low-ACV motions. Cycles under 30 days and thousands of accounts per market Restaurant tech, hospitality SaaS, or vertical SaaS Local business or multi-location data Experience building without a large team, in a startup or scale-up environment Who You Are A builder, not a maintainer. You are energized by an open scope rather than unsettled by it Strategic without being asked. You bring a point of view on what should happen next and you can defend it Focused on leverage. You measure your work by the hours and errors you take out of other people's days Benefits Who We Are Popmenu is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company transforming the restaurant industry. We started with our patented dynamic menu technology, unleashing the power of a restaurant's most important marketing tool, the menu. Since then, we have continued innovating to solve existing and emerging challenges for restaurant operators. We do not just sell software. We partner with restaurants to help them win. Our mission is to empower owners and operators with the technology tools they need to succeed long into the future. We hire exceptionally bright, motivated people who are passionate about helping great restaurants reach their full potential. Compensation Base: $140,000 to $150,000 Annual bonus target: 20% of base Equity included for every employee Why Popmenu Our first GTM Engineer, with meaningful ownership of the function from day one A direct line to our Chief Business Officer and Co-Founder Full-funnel scope across Sales, Marketing and CX rather than one narrow slice Remote across the US, a product restaurants rely on, and equity for every team member What We're Serving Remote, United States Genuine Core Values with quarterly peer recognition through our Super Booms Giving Back with company donations to causes chosen by team members Visible Growth and Development in a scaling SaaS company where your impact is seen and rewarded Company Ownership with meaningful equity for every employee Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and Wagmo Wellness Plan for your pets Originally posted on Himalayas

Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen. We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. Boulevard is building a high-efficiency, AI-leveraged go-to-market engine as we scale from $50M toward $250M in revenue. As our SDR and AE teams grow, we are committed to scaling productivity through automation, not headcount alone. We are hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and scale the systems that power our outbound, routing, enrichment, and seller workflows. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a hands-on systems builder who thrives at the intersection of CRM architecture, automation, and applied AI. The ideal candidate is a hands-on systems builder with deep CRM expertise and a pragmatic approach to AI and automation that drives measurable business outcomes. You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Revenue Enablement, and Analytics to design and operationalize scalable workflows that dramatically reduce manual lift, increase demos per rep, and improve pipeline performance. What you'll do here: Own the architecture and evolution of automation workflows across Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, Gong, and Outreach to support outbound prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, and lifecycle management. Design and operationalize AI-driven enrichment workflows in Clay, including custom prompt logic to extract relevant data from SMB websites where traditional data sources are limited. Define and implement GPT-driven outbound personalization frameworks that improve seller efficiency and increase demos per rep. Design and maintain integrations across Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, Gong, Outreach, and related GTM systems to ensure accurate, real-time data flow and long-term scalability. Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to improve routing logic, enrichment standards, and scoring frameworks that support a scaling GTM organization. Leverage Gong transcripts and conversation data to automate call insights into Salesforce, improving handoffs and cross-functional visibility. Identify manual processes across the GTM motion and automate them to reduce rep lift and accelerate execution. Own monitoring, alerting, and error handling for integration workflows, ensuring system reliability and performance. Define governance standards for enrichment, routing, and data hygiene in partnership with Revenue Operations. Partner with Revenue Enablement to automate call scoring and enable scalable coaching insights for leadership. Support rollout and adoption of new workflows by documenting processes, creating SOPs, and recording Loom walkthroughs. Proactively surface automation opportunities tied to measurable improvements in SDR productivity, enrichment coverage, and pipeline generation. What you'll need to thrive: 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or a technical automation role within B2B SaaS. Experience building and iterating on standalone internal tools/applications, with hands-on proficiency in Claude Code preferred. BA/BS degree preferred. Experience supporting a scaling B2B GTM organization with high outbound motion and fast sales cycle. Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and strong understanding of CRM architecture, object relationships, and lifecycle design. Admin experience preferred but not required. Direct experience building workflows in Clay and LeanData. Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Workato, or N8N. Experience with Gong and Outreach, or similar sales engagement and conversation intelligence tools. Strong systems thinker with the ability to design automation that scales and supports accurate reporting, attribution, and forecasting. Demonstrated ability to translate automation initiatives into measurable improvements in seller productivity and pipeline performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical architecture, tradeoffs, and impact to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative operator who works effectively across GTM teams while maintaining ownership over defined systems domains. Comfortable operating as a high-autonomy individual contributor within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment. How we'll take care of you: At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For candidates in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the anticipated base salary range is $119,000 - $149,000 per year. Monograph

Lead GTM Engineer

Monograph

United States

Look around you today, every store, home, hospital, school, was made possible by the coordination of architects and a team of professionals. They are charged with the responsibility of creating our shelters and yet, they are left with nothing more than Excel to manage their work. We're here to change that. What is Monograph? Monograph is a firm performance management platform for architecture and engineering practices. Firms use Monograph to make quick and confident decisions about budgeting and resources to drive their practices forward. Why Work at Monograph? People first: Core to the team, we believe in people first, curiosity, and empathy. You'll be a culture ambassador and deploy your genuine value for relationships to drive success and happiness. Build a company that will redefine architecture: Project management is just the beginning...we have big ambitions to help facilitate the entire design process from becoming the document source of truth to coordinating with consultants. You can shape the future of building design. Work with some of the best product people in the world: We’re an innovative team of highly productive individual contributors with a strong design background. You will be doing some of the best work of your life. Build the systems that help Monograph and Total Synergy identify, convert, and retain customers. Location: Remote The opportunity Monograph and Total Synergy have prospect and customer data spread across many systems. This role will connect that data, reduce manual work, and build automated workflows that improve how we acquire, convert, and retain customers. How we define GTM Engineering We are looking for someone who understands how revenue teams work and can personally build the systems they need. You will identify revenue problems, test practical solutions, and measure the results. Commercial first. Diagnose the revenue problem before selecting a tool or designing a workflow. Build to learn. Test ideas quickly and invest further only when they show value. Own outcomes. Judge each project by the revenue, customer, or productivity outcome it improves. What you will own 1. Identify and prioritize GTM problems Work with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and CX to follow the customer journey from first interaction through renewal and identify missed leads, slow handoffs, lost data, and repetitive manual work. Prioritize GTM engineering projects based on revenue impact, benefit to the GTM team, effort, and risk. 2. Connect and improve GTM data Connect data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Gong, websites, product, support, and billing systems using integrations, APIs, and automation tools. Build workflows that clean, enrich, deduplicate, match, and sync lead, opportunity, and customer data across systems. Work with RevOps and system owners to standardize data fields, permissions, lifecycle rules, and integrations. 3. Improve scoring and prioritization Use first- and third-party data to identify high-fit prospects, deals at risk, and customers likely to churn or expand. Improve how leads are scored and prioritized, and how contacts are categorized and matched to accounts. Use AI for research, summarization, classification, and personalization when it produces a better result than standard automation. 4. Build and maintain reliable workflows Build and test new workflows using automation tools, AI-assisted development, SQL, and lightweight code. Test workflows with real users and data before launch, including permissions, edge cases, and failure scenarios. Own workflows from launch through monitoring, maintenance, and retirement. 5. Measure results and drive adoption Document current performance and define a clear success metric before launching each workflow, then track adoption and business results after launch. Use testing and performance data to improve, scale, or stop workflows. Train users, gather feedback, and document the process so successful workflows become part of day-to-day work. Examples of the problems you may solve Prospect identification and conversion Build a scoring system that combines company fit and engagement signals, then directs each prospect to SDR, BDR, or continued marketing follow-up. Identify high-fit A&E firms showing signs of active demand, find the likely buyers, and coordinate Marketing and Sales outreach. Create a reliable account and contact view across Monograph and Total Synergy by resolving incomplete, duplicate, and conflicting records. Seller productivity and pipeline progression Use call transcripts and account activity to identify deal risks, missing stakeholders, competitor mentions, and recommended next steps. Re-engage closed-lost or inactive opportunities when changes in company activity, engagement, or product needs create a new opening. Automate account research, CRM updates, meeting preparation, and follow-up while measuring the effect on conversion and sales-cycle speed. Customer retention and expansion Build customer health models using onboarding, product adoption, support, billing, and engagement data to identify churn risk before renewal. Identify expansion opportunities based on product usage, company growth, additional offices, and previous customer conversations. Turn customer calls, support conversations, and product feedback into recurring insights for CX, Sales, Marketing, and Product. How you will partner with existing teams VP Marketing: Sets the role’s priorities and ensures its work supports company-wide GTM goals. Revenue Operations: Manages the CRM, lifecycle stages, lead routing, forecasting, and official revenue reporting. You build workflows in partnership with RevOps. Marketing Operations. Manages campaign execution, marketing automation, and attribution. You build workflows that connect marketing systems with Sales and CX. Marketing, Sales, BDR, and Customer Experience: They define how they work with prospects and customers. You build and maintain the systems that support those processes. Product, Engineering, Data, and Security: They set standards for product data, infrastructure, security, privacy, and production integrations. You involve them when a workflow touches those areas. How success will be measured Deliver measurable improvements in conversion, pipeline, deal progression, retention, or expansion. Reduce manual work and enable faster follow-up on high-priority prospects and customers. What you bring You understand how B2B revenue teams work and can turn a business problem into a reliable production workflow. You communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical teams and focus on measurable commercial outcomes. 4+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Growth Engineering, business systems, data automation, or a related field, with examples of systems you personally built. Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS funnels, CRM, marketing automation, lead and account management, sales workflows, and customer retention. Hands-on experience designing multi-system workflows with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, or comparable tools. Working fluency with APIs, webhooks, JSON, SQL, data transformation, and AI-assisted scripting in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language. Experience using LLMs or AI agents for GTM workflows, with controls for quality, privacy, errors, and human review. Ability to define requirements, explain tradeoffs, and work across technical and nontechnical teams. A track record of measuring adoption and business impact, not just shipping automations or implementing tools. Helpful, but not required Experience in vertical SaaS, ideally architecture and engineering software.
