VOID Interactive

Brand Manager

VOID Interactive

Remote

We’re VOID Interactive, the kick-ass team behind the tactical shooter game Ready or Not, which has sold over 16 million copies across all platforms. We’re a fully remote, 90+ person studio made up of seriously talented individuals from all over the world who love games and creating exceptional experiences for players. We’re now looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join us remotely and shape how VOID and our titles are positioned in the market. You’ll lead brand strategy and campaigns across announcements, content updates, DLC, platform launches and seasonal moments. Build brand foundations for new IP from zero alongside an established tactical FPS franchise. This role reports directly to the Marketing and Publishing Director, partnering on brand strategy across the portfolio with full ownership of defined projects. Working closely with our development, publishing, creative and community teams, you’ll make sure every campaign has a clear purpose, a strong idea and a measurable commercial goal. You’ll understand what makes each game distinctive and protect that identity across every player touchpoint. What You’ll Do Positioning and brand strategy Build positioning, messaging frameworks and brand guidelines per title, and for VOID as a label. Keep tone, voice and visual identity coherent across store pages, trailers, social, community and PR. Know what each game stands for, and hold that line when scope, feedback or deadlines push against it. Campaigns and go-to-market Plan and run campaign beats end to end: announcements, content updates, DLC, platform launches and seasonal moments. Write briefs with one clear idea per beat, then give creative, capture and community teams the room to execute it well. Own the marketing calendar across titles so beats reinforce each other instead of colliding. Commercial outcomes Tie every campaign to a target: wish lists, conversion, reactivation or platform acquisition. Read Steam and first-party data, community sentiment and creator coverage, then adjust the plan rather than the report. Flag gaps between ambition and resources early, and bring options when you do. Partners and orchestration Act as the day-to-day alignment point between development, publishing, creative, community and external partners. Support platform conversations with Valve, PlayStation and Xbox, including co-marketing and featuring beats. Direct agencies and contractors when a campaign needs more hands than we have What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing or publishing within the games industry. Games industry experience is essential, ideally on premium PC or console titles. A portfolio of campaigns you can walk us through clearly, explaining the strategy, individual campaign beats, execution and results. Confidence working with data and connecting brand activity to commercial outcomes. Experience working across development teams, leadership, platform partners, agencies and media. The ability to manage several titles and major campaign moments at the same time without losing focus or quality. We ask for regular overlap with EU and NA working hours to collaborate with our global team. Bonus Points If You Have A strong understanding of tactical shooters, milsim or other hardcore gaming communities. A clear understanding of the difference between authenticity within a genre and simply adopting its aesthetic. Go-to-market experience across console or mobile platforms alongside PC. Experience working on both the developer and publisher sides of the industry. Please Note: If you’re based in Ireland and have the right to work here, this role will be offered as a full-time employee position. If you’re based outside Ireland, how we employ or engage you will depend on your location and the relevant local employment and tax requirements. Depending on these requirements, the role may be offered as a contractor position. We’re a remote-first company and welcome applications from candidates worldwide. Compensation will be based on your location, experience and local market rates. Originally posted on Himalayas

Senior Brand Manager - DTC

Resident

United States

THE BIGGEST NAME IN HOME. THE BOLDEST TEAM IN E-COMMERCE. Ashley Digital is the e-commerce engine behind Ashley Furniture Industries — one of the most recognized home brands in the world. As the world's largest manufacturer of home furnishings and the largest furniture store brand in North America, Ashley is in a category unto itself. Our team sits at the intersection of world-class retail and digital innovation, driving the e-commerce experience for millions of customers across every platform and touchpoint. If you’ve shopped online for a mattress in the last decade, there’s a good chance you’ve already experienced our award-winning Nectar Sleep and DreamCloud. We're a fast-moving, highly collaborative team operating at a transformational moment, and we're charged with shaping how people discover, explore, and buy home furnishings. Our expertise spans data science, performance marketing, product, and creative, and our work reaches millions of customers every day. It's a rare combination: the energy of a tech company, the stability of an industry leader, and the opportunity to build something truly significant. If you're energized by transformation, collaboration, and meaningful impact at scale, Ashley Digital is where ambition meets opportunity. To be considered for this remote opportunity, you must reside and be authorized to work within the United States. About The Role: Ashley Digital is hiring a Senior Brand Manager to serve as the manager of two of our growth brands. This is a high-ownership commercial role: you will own the end-to-end brand experience — merchandising, growth, profitability, sales mix, and attach rate. The Senior Brand Manager will act as the connective tissue across Global Supply Chain, Growth & Marketing, Product, and CRM to translate strategy into shipped work. The ideal candidate is a commercially sharp, e-commerce-native operator who knows how to use data, testing, and a high-scale DTC platform to move the metrics that matter — revenue, margin, AOV, and attach rate. You'll be measured on the performance of your brands, not on activity. What You'll Be Doing: Brand Ownership & Strategy Own the commercial performance of two growth brands, including top-line revenue, margin, sales mix, and attach rate. Define and execute the merchandising and assortment strategy — product mix, pricing architecture, bundle strategy, and promotional cadence — to ensure each brand has the right products at the right price points to win. Set the strategic direction for how each brand evolves over time, from positioning to portfolio expansion to category whitespace. Growth & Experimentation Identify and execute the highest-leverage levers to drive growth: bundle adoption, premium SKU mix, AOV expansion, and conversion improvements across the funnel. Partner with Growth & Marketing and Product to design, prioritize, and execute a rigorous experimentation roadmap across PDPs, hero CTAs, bundles, creative, and merchandising. Read test results with discipline, draw clear conclusions, and scale what works. Cross-Functional Execution Serve as the primary connector across Global Supply Chain (inventory, sourcing, new product development), Growth & Marketing (paid, lifecycle, brand), Product (site experience), and CRM (lifecycle communications and retention). Lead without authority — align cross-functional partners on priorities, unblock workstreams, and keep execution moving. Manage the brand calendar and ensure on-time delivery of launches, campaigns, and merchandising moments. Brand Voice & Positioning Own how each brand shows up in the world — visually, editorially, and competitively. Partner with creative and content teams to ensure brand expression is consistent, differentiated, and commercially effective. The responsibilities described above are not exhaustive. You may be asked, from time to time and as reasonably required by business needs, to perform other duties consistent with your skills and role, including work for or on behalf of our related entities. This job description does not constitute a contract of employment and may be modified at any time, subject to applicable law. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally in DTC brand management, merchandising, or growth, with a track record of expanding scope and commercial responsibility. Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes — revenue growth, margin improvement, attach rate, conversion — through merchandising, experimentation, and cross-functional execution. Deep, practical understanding of how modern e-commerce operates end to end: site, merchandising, paid acquisition, lifecycle, and post-purchase. Strong grounding in experimentation methodology, with the ability to design, run, and interpret tests and translate results into decisions. Proven success operating in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations at the intersection of merchandising, growth, supply chain, and product. Commercially sharp, with the ability to connect brand and merchandising decisions to business outcomes and communicate that logic clearly to leadership and partners. Excellent analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to guide prioritization and trade-offs. Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Bias toward action and experimentation, balanced by sound judgment on what's worth testing. Shopify experience a plus; background in mattress, furniture, or home categories a plus. What We Offer: (subject to eligibility requirements) Competitive salary Health, Vision & Dental Insurance HSA company contributions 401K with company match component "Take what you need" PTO Wellness benefits A FREE MATTRESS plus an awesome Friends and Family discount!
